Parents warned after “high risk” car seat fails crash test

A child car seat sold by High Street retailers has been taken off the market after it failed a crash test, with potentially catastrophic consequences. Footage released by independent product testers which? shows the Recaro Optia come loose from its Recaro SmartClick base, sending an infant dummy flying through the air.
