Strand Leisure Pool, Gillingham

Open: Every day during the school summer holidays from 11am -5pm (open at weekends during term time).
One of Medway’s top summer attractions, this 25 metre pool features slides and a 300m lazy river. The swimming pool is part of a larger leisure complex with a miniature railway, crazy golf, sports courts, an outdoor gym and a smaller paddling pool for younger children. On site you’ll also find a picnic area and café.

Faversham’s 33m outdoor pool has three diving boards and a grassy sitting area. There’s also a fun pool with rapids and a separate toddler pool. On site there are toilets, a café and outside kiosk. All children under 8 years of age must be accompanied at all times by an adult of at least 16 years. The maximum ratio is of two children per adult.

Tonbridge Outdoor Swimming Pool

Tonbridge Swimming Pool has a separate heated outdoor pool that’s a big hit during the summer months. It has water arch, swim through channel to the indoor pools, and a beach area which is handy for little ones. During the busy periods sessions are limited to two hours.

Swanley Park Paddling Pool
New Barn Rd, Swanley BR8 7PW
Open: From late May until September (weather dependent)
Set in 60 arches of out play space with attractions including a large boating lake, mini golf, bouncy castle and a café. The popular paddling pool is free to use and has a water splash area with water jets and streams. There are toilets on site and battery bikes and deck chair available for hire.
Walmer Paddling Pool
The Strand, Walmer CT14 7HX
Open: daily until September 2017 (weather dependent), 10.00am-6.00pm.
This good sized paddling pool is surrounded by lawns and located next to the beach. A qualified lifeguard on duty. On site there are toilets, changing rooms and a refreshment kiosk. Adjacent there is a children’s play area.
Prices: FREE with a charge for use of bouncy castle, putting green and deck chairs.
Charlton Lido, SW London

Open: 7 days a week during the summer months, with restricted opening at other times.
Charlton Lido is an Olympic sized, outdoor heated (25 degrees) pool. A large section of the pool is open for leisure/casual swimming, with around 4 lanes sectioned off for length swimmers. Non-members are asked to pre-book a swim session online before their visit.
Prices: Adult £6.00, Junior £4.00, Senior £3.00, Family £18.00. Discounted prices for swim card holders.
